macOS can't verify the developer

The first time macOS opens a newly installed app, it may say it can't verify the developer. This is a common system security check.

Open with Control-click

Open Finder, locate SoarSCRM, Control-click the app icon and choose “Open,” then confirm in the dialog.

Allow under Privacy & Security

Go to “Privacy & Security” in System Settings, and choose “Open Anyway” in the security section.
